Post and packing charges are fully detailed in the auction, and may include more than the price of the stamp.  They will be specified against the zones listed in the next section below.

Destinations and Insurance

We ship to:

• Zone 1: UK Mainland

• Zone 2: Europe EU Nations & Scandanavia, Portugal, Channel Islands, Switzerland.  

• Zone 3: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan.

Postage costs include insurance unless otherwise stated. You will need to sign for your item when delivered, (if the packaging has not been damaged). We will be responsible for insurance claims and will replace/refund when Royal Mail or courier confirms item is lost (not delayed) and a claim may therefore proceed.
 

Refunds & Returns

Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed to by email from us, after the reason for return has been confirmed.  All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Items must be in the condition they were received, e.g. unworn with original tags and in the original manufacturers packing.

Return shipping charges will be met by the purchaser where a refund/exchange is required due to colour interpretation or sizing reasons.

Refunds due to colour interpretation or sizing reasons will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, (not applicable to exchanges).  This is to cover EBay listing fees and other charges which we cannot recover.

At the time of refund the purchaser will be required to cooperate with EBay's "Mutual Agreement Not to Proceed" procedure in order for our FVF fees to be refunded.

In short, we are reasonable and fair.  As confirmed by our feedback, refunds and exchanges are honoured after cooperative and controlled negotiation.
 

Shipping Times

We endeavour to despatch items within 48 hours of payment, normally within 24 hours.  If 48 hours plus the normal shipping duration has expired please email us for confirmation of despatch date and likely delivery date.
